¿Server off?

The server has given us a wonderful experience for our team and we advanced a very nice story. Unfortunately yesterday, the server went down and we need to recover what we lost to move it to another universe (host). We would like to have the owner's concideracion to open the server once again and then make this move, thanking him for giving us the server. It is a favor from the southamerican latin team. Thanks for the experience and we are waiting for this last opportunity for the move.
