Can't connect

When trying to connect, a window appears with rectangles, probably Chinese characters. Is the server only available to Chinese? If not, how do I get to it?

Anyone can join the server. Maybe you can install a Chinese font to figure out the content of the popup. Font link: https://github.com/sffxzzp/Starbound-Chinese/releases/download/StarCore-Font/StarCore.pak
put it to "mods" folder.
